FAQs
Before filling the online booking form make sure to have the following information readily available:
- First and Last name
- ID/Passport no
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Reason
- Address
- Contact number
- Email address
A Rapid Antigen Test(RAT) is point-of-care testing used to detect the presence or absence of an antigen SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.
Tests are conducted by certified medical professionals
Each test costs €30. Should you be interested in booking a bigger number of tests (10 or more) we can offer volume packages. Please contact us here with your request.
The Rapid Antigen Test result will be sent out via email.
Health Authorities advise to remain home until 24 hours after your symptoms subside.
You are to remain in self-isolation. The Public Health Authorities will be notified and they will contact you directly.
Cancellations will ONLY be accepted at least 24 hours prior to the test. We can offer two options:
- Client can opt for a refund, in which case there will be a €5 administration charge on every cancelled booking.
- Alternatively, you may choose to have your appointment resheduled. You can book your appointment anytime, within the next 3 months, from the original appointment. In this case no refund will be effected.
Please note that any personal data you provide will be treated in the strictest of confidence and in full compliance with GDPR legislation. Any identifying information you specify will be held by us for the sole purpose of booking an appointment. The data will be stored on our server until such time that it is no longer required.
